National Access Points in Europe
for exchange of road traffic information
The purpose of this web page is to disseminate the knowledge on the existence of the National Access Points (NAPs) and National Bodies (NBs) across Europe. NAPs are those tools who facilitate access, easy exchange and reuse of transport related data, in order to help support the provision of EU-wide interoperable travel and traffic services to end users. The assessment of compliance with the requirements of all data published in the NAPs is carried out by the NBs nominated by each Member State. This website shows per country (if available) the National Access Points and National Bodies for:

  • Safe and Secure Truck Parking Areas (SSTPA)
  • Safety Related Traffic Information (SRTI)
  • Real-Time Traffic Information (RTTI)
  • Multimodal Travel Information Services (MMTIS)
